Following on from the publication of research carried out in collaboration with the Institute for Volunteering Research, Hastings Voluntary Action has now published a draft Volunteering Strategy based on the report’s findings.
‘A Volunteering Vision for Hastings’ was published in 2023, following a two month consultation. We will be working to develop an action plan and a timeline so that this work has a clear timeframe and purpose. Volunteer Coordinator Forum members will be reviewing the work as it unfolds to ensure that the ideas we are describing here translate into practical actions which can make a real difference on the ground.
