HVA Achieves Quality Award

We are delighted to announce to that HVA have been awarded the Local Infrastructure Quality Award by the National Association of Voluntary and Community Action. This rigorous process involved submitting over 60 pieces of evidence and involved HVA's services being independently audited including interviews with local organisations, funders and public sector partners. Speaking after the award was announced HVA Director Steve Manwaring said:-

"It was a really rigorous process but we are really pleased that we have achieved well across all the areas of investigation with the auditor indicating that we excel in our stakeholder relationships and engagement."

In the interests of accountability and transparency, HVA are publishing the full NAVCA report, which you can download below.
