BWC is looking for an outstanding Head of Services to play a key role in the high-quality leadership and management of our operational objectives and support the Director with our strategic development. As part of the Senior Management Team, the Head of Services will contribute to ensuring our long-term sustainability via effective contract management and development and leadership of new projects and services. The role will deputise for the Director as required.
We are looking for someone who will sustain and develop BWC’s trauma informed culture of continuous improvement, modelling and sharing the values of the organisation as we work together to support women and children with multiple vulnerabilities. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and the experience and confidence to oversee a wide range of operational and strategic objectives, then we would love to hear from you.

Salary: £30,312 per annum (£37,890 FTE)

BWC provides holistic and trauma informed services to women and girls living with multiple disadvantages across Sussex, supporting women through our Women’s Centre in Brighton and Hove and through our community Women’s Hubs across the county and into Kent. Support is provided in prison including HMP Bronzefield.
