We are a small Brighton based charity with a simple but powerful goal: that no one should have to contemplate suicide alone. We work locally and nationally with communities, organisations and individuals, helping them to become ready, willing and able to effectively support someone at risk of suicide. Our training and consultancy helps save lives by enabling the kind of conversations that can really make a difference.

Our work centres upon internationally recognised training programmes: Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, and Suicide Alertness For Everyone. Developed by LivingWorks Education these courses have been delivered to over one million people worldwide and combine to form a consistent community approach to suicide prevention.
