Xtrax is a well-established charity providing a broad range of support and advice for young people aged 16-24. It operates a popular Young People's Drop-in Centre in Hastings Town Centre, providing low-cost hot meals, tea and coffee, a relaxed and friendly social lounge, free showers and laundry facilities, pool, TV, internet, a toddler's playground and a decked outdoor courtyard to relax and socialise in. Expert staff are on hand at all times to help young people with any challenges or issues they may face, including housing problems, benefit advice and applications, relationship problems, or anxiety or other mental health issues. No appointments are necessary and all services are confidential and completely free.
