SAFE has been fundraising since 1998 to support Respite Care in the Hastings and Rother area. Formerly the League of Friends for St. Augustine's Nursing Home, we now aim to continue to support respite care mainly in St. Michael's Hospice but since the closure of St. Augustine's other places if need be.
We have funded a number of other request since the terrible problems.
We are always keen to at least review calls for assistance from other quarters, including ESCC Adult Social Care and HRVA.
All our efforts are to help carers, who are so important.
