Wellbeing Centre Support Worker

Seaview is an open access wellbeing centre for people living with poor mental and physical health, learning disabilities, addiction, social isolation, housing issues and homelessness. Clients come to Seaview to access a range of support services, activities and resources, including hot meals, gym, computers, clothing, showers and laundry facilities. Seaview are seeking a Wellbeing Centre Support Worker for our busy day centre. The Wellbeing Centre Support Worker will be responsible for welcoming clients to the centre, assisting them in accessing the facilities and providing them with information and guidance on the activities and range of support services available to them. Tasks include developing and reviewing support plans and completing monitoring information. The successful candidate will have experience working with the client group, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work on their own initiative as well as being a good team player. £18,525pa (pro rata) / Actual Salary: £16,302pa A job description and application form is available to download from our website www.seaviewproject.co.uk.
