Fulfilling Lives: Multiple and Complex Needs South East Project
The purpose of the Fulfilling Lives project is to bring about lasting change in how services work with people with multiple and complex needs. For the purpose of this project, complex needs will be defined as having complex combinations of issues including substance misuse, poor mental health, homelessness and offending. 
Salary: £26,314 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: A base in either Brighton or Hastings (to be negotiated) but with extensive travel across Hastings, Eastbourne and Brighton
5.5% (Reviewed annually) pension contribution.
Annual Leave entitlement starts at 25 working days

The aim of the project is to lead change for more effective, efficient and better co-ordinated services for this client group, and to pilot and evaluate the impact of delivering better connected services to inform future policy and commissioning. The project operates in Brighton and Hove, Eastbourne and Hastings.  
The post holder will work closely with the project’s System Change Lead and Systems Change Team colleagues to take forward identified systems change initiatives, as described in the project’s systems change plan. The work will involve engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including collaborating closely with the project’s active groups of volunteers who have lived experience and also with external partners to support, facilitate and advocate for activity that will bring about positive changes across East Sussex for people with multiple and complex needs. The role requires a good understanding of how to coordinate projects effectively and good communication skills, especially in written formats.
