Chief Officer - Seaview Project

37.5 hrs a week £ 39,000 ( including some weekend or evening hours)
Our current Chief Officer after leading Seaview through a period of growth and development, is now stepping down. The organisation is sitting in a position of relative strength and we are seeking a new strong and strategic Chief Officer to lead us, working with the Board to develop and deliver our agenda over the coming years.
We are seeking an individual who can lead our organisation through any challenge, continue our positive community profile, influence and drive our position in the locality; whilst remaining at all times equally committed to ensuring the motivation, development and engagement of our staff and volunteers. Above all else, we are seeking a Chief Officer who will at all times ensure that at the core of everything we do there remains an unwavering focus on supporting our service users.
To be successful, you will be a strong and visible leader who has a collaborative yet entrepreneurial approach. You will have strong understanding of the needs of this client group and a track record of innovation, change and service improvement, coupled with an understanding of the needs of our commissioners. Emotionally intelligent, you will be an effective communicator with the ability to inspire and persuade.
If you believe that you have the passion, drive and commitment to lead our organisation, we would very much welcome an application from you.
