To provide short-term counselling for adults (18+) who have been Sexually Abused as children or who have suffered other Childhood Abuse Traum. We have female and male counsellors on the team. Sessions take place in various GP Surgeries & Health Centres in Hastings, Rother & Bexhill as well as at our Therapy Rooms in Hastings Old Town. We also provide Equine Assisted Therapy and Art Therapy

Referrals are made by GP's or other Health Professionals

Self Referrals are accepted however there is a weekly cost for this
