Little Gate College Teacher 

Little Gate College is a further education post 16 provider for students with an EHCP that are aspiring to move into paid employment. Our brand new provision is set to open in September 2024, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, person-centred study programmes for our students in the Future Ready Programme and Supported Internship Programme.

Location: Bexhill, Hastings, Rother and Eastbourne (some requirement to travel)
Salary: Currently £18,544 per annum PAID PRO RATA (working hours 32 hours per week, Monday to Thursday; start time 8.30am, plus a 30min unpaid lunch break). 
TERM TIME ONLY 36 weeks plus an additional compulsory 10 days of CPD training delivered at the end of August 2024 dates TBC.
Job Type: Initial 1-year fixed term contract
Probationary period: 6 months
Proposed Interview dates; 29th April, 1st May, 2nd May & 9th May Times TBC
Proposed Start Date: 19th August 2024
