East Sussex Recovery Alliance (ESRA) – Recovery Hub Co-ordinator

East Sussex Recovery Alliance is a peer led recovery project working with those in recovery from substance misuse and their families.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at the new recovery hub at Café North in Eastbourne.

We are looking for someone who has an understanding of substance misuse, is passionate about breaking down stigma and ensuring that people in the recovery community have a safe space to go.

You must be self -motivated and able to use your initiative.  Be able to work with vulnerable people and influence and inspire people to reach their full potential.

You will manage and work along an assistant to ensure the hub is open Tuesday through to Sundays.
This work is in partnership with CGL and other partnership agencies.

HVA are recruiting for this post on behalf of ESRA.  This is a part-time post, 30 hours a week , over 5 days including weekends. The contract will be subject to a probationary period and initially for 12 months with a possibility of extension depending on funding.

Salary:  NJC pay scale point 21 - £20,541 per annum (£16,614 pro rata) + match pension contribution up to 7%.
