RVA are seeking an inspirational leader with a passion for voluntary and community action.
This is a full-time role and the salary £42,000.
Ability to work closely with the Board of Trustees, stakeholders, ESCC, RDC to develop the organisation’s strategy, resources, and services
Be adept at building, maintaining, developing, and establishing highly credible relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and members across a range of sectors
Be skilled in providing good leadership, interpersonal skills, to create and foster a beneficial, proactive working environment for all RVA employees and volunteers.
