Delivered by One You East Sussex, Making Every Contact Count training gives you the confidence to have skilful conversations with people about their health and wellbeing, and help them find their own motivation to make sustainable changes.

• Personality disorders/ Complex Trauma
• Self- harm and other expressions of distress
• Where to get help if someone is suicidal
• An overview of the local Mental health system and supports
• An interactive discussion about experiences
• Managing your own wellbeing
